Hourly Pay: $40$50, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff and parents on behavior management techniques
• Track student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to ensure consistency in behavior strategies
• Lead training sessions for teachers and staff on behavior management best practices
• Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies to promote positive student outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• BCBA certification is required
• Experience in educational or behavioral settings preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Experience in creating and implementing behavior intervention plans
