About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Ellicott City, MD. This full-time role focuses on providing critical support to programs serving children with significant autism, low cognitive abilities, and/or behavioral challenges.
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Location: Onsite only
- Caseload: Supporting students with significant needs in specialized programs
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students with unique and diverse needs
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement IEP goals and intervention plans
- Support the development of fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and daily living skills
- Address behaviors through individualized strategies and interventions
- Licensure: Active Maryland OT license required
- Experience working with students with autism, low cognitive abilities, and behavioral challenges preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
