Job Description:
We are seeking two full-time Paraprofessionals to work at an elementary school in Bernardsville, NJ. The role will involve floating between grade levels and classrooms to provide support to both students and teachers. Paraprofessionals will help with classroom management, assist in small group instruction, and work with individual students to ensure they have the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float between different grade levels and classrooms, providing support where needed.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and ensure students are staying on task.
• Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students as needed.
• Support students with their individual learning needs and accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to work with various grade levels and classrooms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; further education in education or related fields is a plus.
