Special Education TeacherJob Description:
Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs, in collaboration with parents, administrators, and other professionals.
Implement specialized teaching techniques and interventions to support children with various developmental delays or disabilities.
Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth for all students.
