ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide essential support to students with behavioral challenges, working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with educational staff to create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students to promote positive behavior and learning.
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress according to established protocols.
- Assist in the analysis of data to adjust and improve intervention strategies.
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student needs.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress and behavior management strategies.
- Support students in developing social skills, coping mechanisms, and academic engagement.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs, particularly in a school setting, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in data collection and documentation.
