Instructional Assistant | 2024-2025 School Year | Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Surrounding Areas

ProCare Therapy , a leading educational staffing agency, is seeking Instructional Assistants for school districts across Sacramento , Elk Grove , and surrounding communities, including Rancho Cordova , Florin , and North Highlands .

Position Details :

  • Full-time, in-person role
  • Classroom support for K-12 students (specific age groups and class sizes based on school needs)
  • Competitive pay : $28 per hour
  • Benefits : Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k) matching, Travel reimbursements

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening required
