Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to provide 1:1 support for a PreK student in Londonderry, NH. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young learner's development while working in a supportive school environment. The nurse will assist the student during school hours and ensure their health and safety.
Job Details:
- Hours: 15 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:15 AM to 11:15 AM (3 hours per day)
- Caseload: 1:1 with male PreK student
- Location: Londonderry, NH
- Duration: ASAP End of School Year (EOSY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 nursing care and support to a PreK student
- Ensure the students well-being during school hours
- Administer any necessary medications or treatments
- Monitor and document health conditions
- Communicate with the students educational team regarding progress and needs
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire
- Experience working in pediatric or school settings is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting students' health needs
