• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and analyze results
• Provide counseling services to support students' mental health
• Develop and implement intervention plans with teachers and parents
• Participate in the creation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer expertise in child development and behavior management
• Deliver crisis intervention and support when necessary

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of North Carolina
• Preferred experience in K-12 educational settings
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and communication
