What You'll Do:
- Assessment: Evaluate academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Intervention: Provide counseling and targeted support.
- Crisis Management: Offer support during crises like bullying or trauma.
- Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and staff on student success.
- IEPs & 504 Plans: Help create and implement support plans for special needs students.
- Prevention: Develop programs for mental health and behavior improvement.
- Family Support: Guide families on educational and mental health resources.
What You Bring:
- A Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology.
- A valid ILstate license and educational certification.
- Prior school experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55, with weekly pay.
