Job Type:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Implement data collection systems and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with therapists and educators to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate efficiently.
Compensation:
- Pay: $50-$60/hr
Qualifications:
- Must have a National Certification in BCBA.
- Masters Degree in Education or Special Education.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
