ProCare Therapy is seeking asign language interpreter to provide remote support to students in a virtual school environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and have experience interpreting for K-12 students. You will facilitate communication between students, teachers, and peers, ensuring accessibility to all course materials and activities.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in ASL
- Prior experience in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable internet connection
- EIPA score of 4.0
- Must be licensed in Kentucky
Responsibilities:
- Interpret lessons, discussions, and assignments for deaf and hard-of-hearing students
- Ensure accessibility for students in virtual classrooms
