School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Join Our Team!
ProCare Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in developing essential communication skills. Position Overview:As a school-based SLP, you will assess and diagnose speech and language disorders, create individualized treatment plans, and provide targeted interventions. Youll also work closely with educators, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth.
Key Responsibilities:Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
Individualized Support: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs.
Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one and small group therapy to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, expressive communication, fluency, and voice disorders.
Classroom Collaboration: Partner with teachers to integrate effective communication strategies into the classroom setting.
Licensure: Active Washington SLP License (Clinical Fellows welcome to apply).
Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
Experience: School-based experience is preferred but not required.
Hourly Rate: $45$55 (based on experience and qualifications).
