ProCare Therapy is excited to partner with a dedicated school district in Salinas, California, to hire a full-time School Psychologist for the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:
Conduct Evaluations: Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' needs and provide recommendations.
Develop IEPs: Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Provide Counseling: Offer individual and group counseling to support students' academic and emotional well-being.
Consult with Staff: Work with teachers and school staff to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive learning environment.
Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations.
Monitor Progress: Track and assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $50-60/hr based on experience and qualifications.
