ProCare Therapy is excited to welcome a Psychologist for the 2024-2025 school year. Were partnering with a district in need of full-time support for a K-12th gradecaseload. Job Details :
Onsite near the Elk Grove, California area
Start ASAP
55-$60 per hour (depends on experience)
students / sites and caseload information will be discussed further on interview with special services director
Requirements :
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
Active California State School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs
Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning
Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided
