Job Responsibilities:
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Schedule: Standard school hours
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to cater to the unique needs of students with special needs
Deliver effective instruction and support in both individual and group settings
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and growth
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success
Assess and monitor student progress, making necessary adjustments to instructional strategies
Maintain accurate records of student progress and IEP documentation
