Position Details:
- Start Date:8/26/2024
- End Date:02/07/2025 (covering maternity leave)
- Pay: $45-$50/hr, based on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: High School
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess eligibility for special education services
- Implement the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
- Provide pre-referral assistance to facilitate early intervention
Requirements:
- California School Psychologist License through TSPC
- Availability to work on-site full-time
Preferred Experience and Qualities:
- Previous experience as a school psychologist, particularly in a similar setting
- Strong understanding of special education laws and procedures
- Ability to work independently as the sole school psychologist in the district
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
