School Psychologist Job Description :
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs, utilizing a variety of standardized tests, interviews, and observations.
- Provide counseling, intervention, and support services to students experiencing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students' individual needs, develop behavior management plans, and create supportive learning environments that promote academic success and emotional well-being.
- Serve as a resource for the school community by offering workshops, training sessions, and educational materials on topics related to mental health, learning disabilities, crisis intervention, and other relevant areas.
- Caseload details : This is a full time through the end of the school year. Specific caseload details will be provided on the interview.
