Job Description
- This is a full-time, onsite, school-based behaviortechnician position at 30 hours per week. There are multiple openings.
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- You will provide 1:1 Behavioraland Academic Support with a middleschool student.
- You will communicate effectively with Staff, Teachers, Psychologists, Families, etc.
- You have an understanding of various disabilitiesas well as students' emotional, social, and behavioral health needs.
- You must be comfortableworking with high needs, Autismsupport, aggressive behaviors, and medically fragile students.
- You will implement direct and indirect teaching programs, reinforcement systems, and behavior guidelines.
Job Requirements
- RBT
- Behavior Experience
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
