Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy has a contract position for aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our school district! In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will be working with a K-12th grade caseload on-site. You will collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:.
- Behavior Intervention Plans:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Ensure plans are evidence-based and adhere to best practices in ABA. - Supervision: Supervise RBTs if applicable to implement behavior plans and provide training.
- Data Collection & Reporting:
Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy. Prepare progress reports and make recommendations for ongoing interventions. - Ethical and Professional Standards:
Follow the ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Stay informed about current research and advancements in ABA.
Pay and Benefits:
- $40-$50 hourly pay range. Pay is dependent on experience and school districts budget.

Qualifications:
- BCBA National Certification
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience in behavior analysis, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check and obtaining necessary clearances.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
