ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a school district in Harrisville, Utah, to find a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for making a difference. This full-time, on-site role provides an opportunity to support student development and build strong foundations for their success through evidence-based practices.

Position Highlights:

• Work Hours: 3640 per week
• Compensation: $38$50per hour, based on experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments to understand and address behavior challenges
• Create and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Work directly with students and conduct ABA therapy
• Provide training and support to school staff and caregivers in effective behavior management techniques
• Regularly evaluate student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans
• Facilitate staff and parent workshops to promote behavioral strategies and awareness

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification required
• Experience working in educational settings or in a related field is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to create tailored behavior plans for a range of student needs
