Minimum 1 years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Were working with a school district to fill a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst position for the 2024-2025 academic year. Job Details :

  • Onsite near the Gambier, Ohio area
  • Start ASAP
  • students / ageson caseload TBD
  • 1 or more school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school personnel to implement behavior support strategies and ensure consistent interventions.

    • Requirements :

  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school or educational setting is preferred.
