ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work full-time in Belmont, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an elementary caseload at one school site, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality services and fostering positive student outcomes.

Position Overview :

  • Job Title : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Location : Belmont, CA
  • Employment Type : Full-time
  • Site : One school location

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and create data-driven strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective behavior management techniques
  • Monitor student progress, make necessary adjustments to intervention plans, and provide ongoing support
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior strategies and interventions

    • Qualifications :

  • BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
