ProCare Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dedicated school team in Port Angeles, WA for the next school year . This full-time, onsite role will focus on supporting students across K-12, with an emphasis on elementary and middle school .
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on student needs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide data-driven recommendations
- Work directly with students, teachers, and families to reinforce positive behaviors
- Provide staff training on behavior management strategies
- Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment
