Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate BCBAto join a school district in Perris, CA. The BCBA will provide behavioral therapy and support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance students social, emotional, and academic success. This role involves working closely with educators, families, and support staff to ensure the effective implementation of individualized behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify students needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address students behavioral and academic goals.
• Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and families in implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.
• Provide direct therapy to students as needed, including one-on-one and group sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide behavioral input to support student goals.
• Must be available to work part time : 2-3 days per week
