ProCare Therapy is partnering with a fantastic district in Randolph, MA, to hire a dedicated BCBA for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. If you're passionate about supporting students through behavioral strategies and collaboration, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Position Details :
- Job Type : Full-Time, Contract
- Schedule : Monday - Friday, 32.5 hours per week
- Caseload : Small caseload, K-12 students
- Start Date : ASAP
- End Date : 6 / 18 / 2025
- Duties Include :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Provide staff training on behavioral strategies and interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
