Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Greensboro, NC

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 32-37 hours per week with students in a school-based setting.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement individualized behavior strategies.
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide training and professional development to school personnel on behavioral best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education services.

Qualifications :

  • Must hold a valid BCBA certification .
  • Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 32-37 hours per week
  • Compensation : Weekly pay (based on experience)
