School Counselor Job Description:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, helping them develop coping strategies, improve self-esteem, and enhance interpersonal skills.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths, challenges, and needs, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement intervention plans.
- Deliver classroom presentations and workshops on topics such as conflict resolution, bullying prevention, study skills, and career exploration to promote students' personal and academic development.
- Serve as a liaison between students, families, school staff, and community resources, advocating for students' well-being and connecting them with appropriate support services and resources as needed.
Pay & Benefits:

Interview Process:
