Licensed Social Worker Job Description :
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues, including family conflict, trauma, grief, and mental health concerns.
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students' needs and develop intervention plans in collaboration with school staff, families, and community agencies.
- Serve as a link between school, home, and community resources, connecting students and families with services such as counseling, housing assistance, and healthcare to support their well-being and academic success.
- Advocate for students' rights and provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, working closely with school administrators and other professionals to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
