Full-Time Social Worker Positions | Onsite | Holland, MI

ProCare Therapy has immediate openings for three School Social Workers in Holland, MI for the 2024-2025 school year . These are full-time, onsite positions supporting K-12 students.

Position Breakdown :

  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, Full-Time
  • Caseload Size : 25-35 students (dependent on the assigned school)
  • Travel Requirement : Work across 2-3 buildings (elementary or secondary focus)

Essential Requirements :

  • Valid Michigan School Social Worker License
  • Experience working in K-12 settings preferred
  • Ability to provide support across multiple school sites

    • Job Duties Include :

  • Counseling students to address social-emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborating with teachers and families to promote academic success
  • Developing individualized intervention strategies for student support
