Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district in Gallatin, Tennessee, in search of a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join their team for the ongoing school year!
Speech Language Pathologist Job Description:
- Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders to identify their specific needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting areas such as articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive communication.
- Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers to integrate communication strategies into the classroom environment.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions while maintaining regular communication with parents, teachers, and school staff to support students success.
- Caseload details: This is a full time position covering a maternity leave. You will be working from early April to late May, and again from the end of the July to the end of September. Specific caseload details will be discussed on the interview.
Pay & Benefits:
- Highly competitive compensation $40-48/hr

Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
