Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Gillette, WY
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Gillette, Wyoming. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to assist students with speech and language challenges, empowering them to succeed both academically and socially.
Job Details:
- Location: Gillette, WY
- Job Type: Full-time, contract, on-site in a school setting
- Pay Rate: $43 - $50 per hour, depending on experience
- Work Hours: Full-time, during standard school hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Advise educators and families on strategies to support speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA certification (CCCs).
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
