Minimum 1 years speech therapy experience required.
We are currently looking for a Speech Pathologistcandidate to work with a school district near Gastonia, NC. This is a great opportunityfor the upcoming school year with a strong level of support on staff. This is a full time position for the 24/25 school year.
Job Type:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in students, utilizing standardized tests and other diagnostic tools.
- Personalize, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with specific, measurable goals to improve each student's speech, language, and communication skills.
- Lead both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions to enhance speech articulation, language comprehension, expressive language, fluency, and social communication skills.
- Pay - $43-50/hr
Qualifications:
- Degree: Masters Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
- License / Certification: Must hold active NC SLP license
- CCCs Encouraged.
- School classroom experience preferred but not required, new grads also welcome!
