Special Education Teacher - Elementary

Employment Type : Contract, Full-Time

Pay : $35 - $40 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits : Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans for qualifying employees

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Create and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide instruction and support tailored to individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and support staff.
  • Evaluate student performance and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements :

  • Current NH Special Education License .
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Experience working with and educating students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a plus.
