Location: Lafayette, Tennessee
Duration: 2024-2025 School Year, strong possible extension
Caseload: Pre-K
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Adapt lessons and activities to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in the classroom or resource setting.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Masters preferred).
- Certification: Valid Tennessee teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher is preferred but not required. Experience with IEPs is a plus.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
