- Bachelor's degree in Education or higher
- Alabama Special Education Teaching License
- Alabama Professional Certificate
- Must meet/willing to meet Every Student Succeed Act (ESSA) requirement for federal and state
- Current and Active Teaching Certifications
- Comfortable collaborating with other teachers and staff to achieve student success
- Experience working with students with severe behavior needs
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual
- Able to pass a drug and background check
