What Youll Be Doing:
- Develop and Implement IEPs: Create tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and implement them effectively to address students academic and developmental needs.
- IEP Meetings: Facilitate IEP meetings with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure students' needs are met.
- Instruction & Intervention: Provide direct support and deliver specialized instruction to students in both academic and behavioral domains.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students have access to the most effective resources and support.
- Crisis Intervention: Act swiftly to support students during critical moments, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- State licensure in Special Education
