ProCare Therapy has a contract Special Education Teacher opening for an excellent school district in Platte City, Missouri. If we find the right candidate to fill the position, they be renewedfor the next school year. New grads are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:
- Track and evaluate student progress, making instructional adjustments as necessary.
- Create and execute effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Deliver differentiated instruction customized to meet the unique needs of each student.
- This is a full-time position working in a resource classroom with either elementary or high school students.
- Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
Qualifications:
- Valid Missouristate certification in Special Education
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education or related field.
