Job Type:
- This is a full time role, working with a 21 student high school caseload.
- Modify teaching materials and approaches to suit various learning styles and capabilities.
- Create and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, working closely with parents, therapists, and fellow educators.
- Deliver direct instruction in fundamental academic subjects, life skills, and socio-emotional growth tailored to each student's requirements.
- Work collaboratively with peers to devise and apply strategies for inclusive and differentiated learning within the standard curriculum.
Requirements:
- Possess valid state certification for Special Education Teachers (AR).
- Hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Special Education.
