Position Details:- Location: Philadelphia, MS
- Start Date: ASAP End of School Year (EOSY)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
- Caseload: Elementary students (details provided in the interview)
- Setting: Onsite only
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to support student learning
- Deliver targeted instruction and interventions for elementary students
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and parents
- Track student progress and adjust learning strategies as needed
- Active Mississippi SPED certification required
- Experience working with elementary students preferred
- Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
