Compensation : Starting at $30 per hour, commensurate with experience
ProCare Therapy is collaborating with a distinguished school district in Redstone, PA, to hire a passionate Special Education Teacher. This full-time, on-site position offers a chance to positively influence students with diverse learning needs in a supportive classroom setting.
In this role, you'll work closely with educators, families, and other community members to design and implement personalized teaching strategies. Youll be responsible for adjusting lesson plans to suit individual learning styles, ensuring each student receives the appropriate support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create tailored lesson plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and specialists
- Adapt lessons to accommodate varying learning styles and abilities
- Foster a caring and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students' academic, emotional, and social development
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress
