Responsibilities :
- Develop IEPs : Create individualized education plans for each student.
- Adapt Instruction : Modify teaching methods to fit students' learning needs.
- Manage Classroom : Implement behavioral strategies for a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate : Work with general education teachers, parents, and professionals.
- Assess and Monitor : Track student progress through assessments and observation.
- Support Transitions : Prepare students for transitions between grades or into adult life.
- Provide Emotional Support : Offer encouragement and help students develop coping skills.
