About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and support K-12 students with diverse learning needs. This role involves creating an inclusive classroom environment, developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborating with staff, students, and families to ensure every students success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide tailored instruction and support to students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to monitor student progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related activities.
