Special Education Teacher Job Description:
- Create and implement personalized Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, ensuring tailored instruction based on each student's learning goals.
- Adapt teaching strategies and classroom materials to support students with disabilities, enhancing engagement and improving academic performance.
- Collaborate with parents, fellow educators, and support staff to provide a holistic and inclusive learning environment for special education students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, making data-driven adjustments to instruction to ensure academic growth and development.
