Speech Language Pathologist Needed In High Ridge, MO
ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in High Ridge, MO. As a contracted Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication and swallowing needs.
- Provide therapy services in various settings, including schools, clinics, and/or homes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, progress reports, and billing information.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
