Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Available in Federal Way, Washington

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Federal Way. This position provides a rewarding opportunity to support students with speech and language challenges, helping them succeed academically and socially.

Position Overview :

Location : Federal Way, WA
Employment Type : Full-time, contract, on-site in a school setting
Compensation : $43 - $50 per hour, based on experience
Schedule : Full-time, during standard school hours

Key Responsibilities :

Assess students' speech and language abilities through detailed evaluations.

Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide well-rounded support.

Track student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

Offer guidance to educators and families on strategies to support speech and language development.

Required Qualifications :

Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Active Speech Language Pathologist license and ASHA certification (CCCs).

Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred.
