Teacher for the Visually Impaired | REMOTE
ProCare is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Teacher for the Visually Impaired to join our team in Pennsylvania for the upcoming school year. Position Details:
- Hiring for the 2025/2026 school year
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, with session durations ranging from 30 to 75 minutes
- Caseload: 20-30 students, from Pre-K through 12th grade
- Pennsylvania Visually Impaired K-12 certification required
- All required Pennsylvania Education clearances must be obtained
- Starting pay: $40/hour
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Teacher Certification with a visually impaired endorsement
- Required Pennsylvania education clearances
- Degree in Special Education
- At least two years of teaching experience required
- Virtual teaching experience is a plus
ProCare Requirements:
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099)
- Must pass a basic tech screening
- Willingness to obtain liability insurance
