- he Porter is responsible for moving, maintaining and keeping the vehicles clean/organized. Primary objectives include ensuring customer satisfaction and retention and assisting the sales and service departments as needed. The Porter is responsible for moving, maintaining and keeping the vehicles clean/organized.
- Makes and implements decisions regarding maintaining, moving and cleaning vehicles.
- Keeps service lot neat and orderly.
- Moves dealership vehicles as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions closely
- Time-management and multitasking skills to handle multiple vehicle requests on busy days
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safe driving
- Attention to detail to keep track of all vehicles
- Willingness to take responsibility for high-value vehicles
- Maintains used vehicle appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries as needed.
- Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems
- Provides prompt, efficient and quality service to the customers and dealership.
- Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
- Cleans dealership areas (e.g., walkways and sidewalks) as needed
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Bi-lingual is always a plus
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background check)
- Must be able to operate stick shift transmission

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
