We are seeking an Associate Engagement Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, experience working with complex datasets, and a passion for solving business challenges. You will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their goals through data-driven strategies, insights, and collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Integration
- Assist in integrating and analyzing data from various sources to generate actionable insight
- support the creation of reliable, high-quality data repositories to drive informed decision making
- Solution Development
- Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement data-driven solutions for business challenge
- translate business requirements into technical specification
- Data Quality and Benchmarking
- Help establish data quality benchmarks and implement tools / processes to ensure data accuracy
- Client Collaboration and Support
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to align data initiatives with client goal
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, share insights, and provide technical support
