Key Responsibilities:
Laptop Management:
- Coordinate the ordering, setup, and distribution of laptops for all US employees.
- Manage inventory and perform routine maintenance and updates.
IT Infrastructure Oversight:
- Ensure all office locations are equipped with necessary IT equipment, including printers, monitors, conference room phones, and other related technology.
- Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office IT infrastructure.
Security and Policy Implementation:
- Work collaboratively with our IT support team in India to ensure the implementation of appropriate security policies and protocols across all US offices.
- Educate and assist employees with best security practices and compliance with company IT policies.
- Conduct regular system maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups
- Educate end-users on basic computer operations and best practices for data security
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and commonly used software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel between US office locations as needed.
- Relevant IT certifications will be considered an asset.
