What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Engagement Lead - Technology to join our team. You are someone with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, in-depth knowledge of datasets like LAAD, DDD, XPO, and enjoy working with complex data sets to help clients solve real-world problems. You will play a key role in driving business performance, navigating risks, and developing pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Data Management Solutions :
- Lead end-to-end data management solution projects for multiple clients across data engineering and BI technologies.
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects by creating project management plans and ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Data Integration and Visualization :
- Integrate multiple data sources into one comprehensive visualization to tell a compelling story.
- Collaborate with Data Platform leaders to understand data flows that integrate into Tableau / analytics.
- Client Interaction and Analytics Solutions :
- Interact with customers to understand their business problems and deliver best-in-class analytics solutions.
- Engage with UX / UI global functions to design best-in-class visualizations for customers using all product capabilities.
- Data Governance and Security :
- Understand data governance, quality, and security frameworks and ensure seamless integration of analytics with these enterprise platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
